Instructions

Peel the parsnips and potatoes

Cut into chunks
Step 3
Simmer in salted water for 15 minutes

Drain and leave until cool enough to handle

Cut into slices

Generously butter the Remoska

Layer in half the potatoes and parsnips

Season to taste and sprinkle with fresh thyme

Repeat with remaining potatoes and parsnips

Pour over cream and top with cheese

Cook for 40 minutes until too is golden.
