Slice the champignons and onion.

Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onions. Fry for about 2min stirring occasionally until translucent.

Then add the champignons. Maybe you need to add more olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Fry for 3-4min until they have shrunk in size completely.

Grade the parmesan cheese and chop the dried tomatoes.

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the garlic mayonnaise.
Step 6
Place the arugula, mushroom filling and dried tomatoes on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
