Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees — lightly coat medium baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine bread crumbs, 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl — mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Place eggs in a bowl and whisk.
Step 4
Dip each piece of chicken in eggs, completely coating, then cover them in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Place chicken in baking pan and cook for 32 minutes — flip halfway through. Cook noodles during this time.
Step 6
Once chicken is done, remove it from oven and change the temperature to 500 degrees.
Step 7
Mix marinara sauce and Italian seasonings in a bowl. Add mixture to top of chicken and spread evenly.
Step 8
Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese — cook for 5 minutes.
