Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion over medium low heat in olive oil for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 2
Add garlic and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add flour and stir. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a bubble and simmer for 30 minutes on low.
Step 4
Add half and half and honey, then serve!
