Instructions
Step 1
Mix olive oil and seasonings (paprika, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt) in a large bowl. Add chicken strips and mix well.
Step 2
Preheat non-stick pan over a high heat. Add seasoned chicken strips and grill until cooked through.
Step 3
For the pesto, toast the nuts in a dry pan over a low heat until golden, then blitz in a food processor/blender until combined.
Step 4
Pick and add the herbs with a pinch of salt and blitz until you have a thin paste formed. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 5
Heat the cannellini beans and a couple of tablespoons of their liquid in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes, or until warmed through. Mash and stir through the pesto paste.
