Instructions

Step 1
Cut the eggplant in slices and grill them until they are almost crispy. Remove them from the fire, add some salt and let the cool. The cooking time depends on how thick the vegetables are.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side, add the grilled eggplants, the ham and sprinkle with some oregano at your own taste.
