Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in the oil over medium heat before cooking the garlic gently for about a minute
Step 2
Remove from the heat snd slowly add the cream whilst stirring
Step 3
Replace over the heat and cook, stirring, until it bubbles
Step 4
Remove from the heat and add the lemon
Step 5
Add the linguine and toss to coat, adding pasta water as necessary
