Instructions

Step 1
Brown hamburger with onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add pepper and corn, cook a few minutes more. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and beans and mix together.
Step 2
Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of 13x9 pan. Place a layer of tortillas on top. Next add a layer of the meat and veggie mix. Follow with a layer of cheese and repeat starting with another layer of tortilla till the meat is all used. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream and green onions to top.
