3 cupsold cheddar cheese
shredded

2 ½ cupsmilk

¼ cuplight margarine

⅓ cupall purpose flour

1 teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse and set aside.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
Step 3
Melt butter in saucepan. Once melted, add flour and stir until a paste forms. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add cheese and spices (optional). Stir until cheese is fully melted and mixed in.
Step 4
Mix breadcrumbs and butter for topping.
Step 5
Grease the sides of a casserole dish. Mix pasta, sauce, and ¾ of crumbed bacon together in the casserole dish. Top with the other ¼ of crumbled bacon and breadcrumb topping. Option to add more shredded cheese to top as well.
Step 6
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
