Step 1
1. In a pan, bring some water to a boil and start by cooking the pasta

2. Heat a pan and add the raw pancetta until it is nice and crispy and most of the fat oozes out
Step 3
3. Remove the pancetta from the pan and keep the pancetta oil to cook the garlic and onion
Step 4
4. Add the tomato sauce and seasoning + some pasta water to make the sauce a bit more creamy
Step 5
5. Add in the cooked pasta and finish off by adding the pancetta on top and some basil or parsley to garnish
