Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13×9 in baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides; grease foil. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In a small bowl combine egg, oil, maple syrup and vanilla; pour over oat mixture and mix well. ( Batter will be sticky. )
Step 2
Press batter into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool in the pan on a wire rake. Lifting with foil, remove from pan; cut into 24 bars.
