Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix marinade together and put it in a ziplock bag along with the meat.
Step 2
2. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour
Step 3
3. Grill or pan fry on a grill pan to your liking. I like mine medium rare
Step 4
4. For the sauce, mix sauce ingredients together well. Taste and adjust to your liking. I like to add extra fresh chopped Thai chili :)
