Peanut Butter Fudge (DF)

2 ingredient simple dairy free peanut butter fudge! And this stuff is amazing! Everyone that tried it loved it and they couldn't believe it was dairy free! Can be made with any dairy free frosting, I've made it with vanilla and cream cheese frosting (yes it was DF!)

Instructions

Step 1
Prep 8x8 square pan with parchment paper, make sure it covers the sides and bottom completely for easy lift out

Microwave tub of frosting for 1 minute then pour into mixing bowl

If you have a 16 oz container of peanut butter microwave for 1 minute. I buy by peanut butter at Costco and they are 48 oz jars! Therefore, after microwaving and pouring out the frosting, spoon peanut butter into frosting tub until 90% full (eyeballing this will not mess up the recipe, 16oz roughly) Microwave for 1 min. Pour into bowl with frosting

Mix frosting & peanut butter together until well combined
Step 5
Once combined pour into 8x8 lined square pan. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or until set
Step 6
Slice with a butter knife or pizza cutter and Enjoy!
