Instructions
Step 1
Sauté garlic in oil, being careful it doesn't scorch. Once lightly browned and tender, add arrowroot powder. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Keeping burner on medium heat, gradually add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Brown the tofu and season it with garlic and onion powder until the color changes.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients to Vitamix, and puree on high speed. Add garlic sauce and mix again. Return to skillet, and heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally with a whisk. Remove from heat
Step 5
If it is too thick, add some extra water. Serve over pasta of your choice (2lbs).
