Instructions

Step 1
Press tofu for 30 minutes
Step 2
Slice onion, garlic, and red pepper
Step 3
Put pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, and sugar in a small saucepan

Let it simmer for 7 minutes until the sauce is syrupy. Set aside

Mix garlic and onion powder with cornflour
Step 6
Cut tofu and toss in cornflour
Step 7
Heat oil and fry tofu until crispy for about 7-10 minutes and then set aside
Step 8
Fry onion for about 5 minutes
Step 9
Add pepper, garlic, and ginger and cook for 3-5 minutes
Step 10
Add pineapple, tofu, and sauce to the pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes
