- Roast buttenut, leak (thinly sliced) & onion (chunks) in preheated oven at 180deg. 30-45min

- add olive oil, salt, pepper & herb to taste

- liquidise cooked butternut with remaining ingredients

- adjust chicken stock volume for preferred soup thickness, starting with 250ml and adding water till desired thickness is achieved
