Step 1
Cube vegan chicken and add to tray

Step 2
Add garlic, dried basil, chilli flakes, salt, paprika, and olive oil to chicken. Mix until chicken is coated.






Step 3
Cook chicken in oiled skillet until crispy
Step 4
To make creamy sauce, blend milk, cream cheese, parmesan, tomato paste, and dried basil until smooth





Step 5
Pour sauce in with chicken, add halved tomatoes and spinach. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 5-7 mins.

Step 6
Serve with cooked rice
