Instructions
Step 1
Start by seasoning your flour and lightly dust your chicken so it is coated. Make sure the chicken is sliced thin
Step 2
Fry the chicken on both sides until it is cooked through and golden brown then set the chicken aside
Step 3
In a pan cook your mushrooms until the liquid is gone and then add your garlic and onions
Step 4
Then you will add your Marsala wine and let it reduce by half
Step 5
Then add your chicken broth and cream and keep cooking until thick
Step 6
Then add your chicken back to the pan with some butter and garnish with parsley
