Back again with another yummy tofu recipe! This time, we’re making BBQ tofu, perfect for the summer

Instructions
Step 1
Once completely frozen, remove the tofu from the freezer and thaw out. Simply sit the tofu on your counter. The thawing process will take several hours
Step 2
When ready to cook, cube the tofu (or break it apart using your hands) and toss with olive oil and the liquid aminos. Sprinkle in the cornstarch, if using, and ensure each piece is coated
Step 3
Add the tofu to an oiled skillet over medium heat and cook on each side until brown and crispy
Step 4
Next, add in 3/4 cup of the BBQ sauce and mix well. Let simmer until the BBQ sauce cooks down a bit (should cook for about 5-7 mins)
