Step 1
Cook sushi rice to packet instructions

Pack in the waffle maker on the highest heat for 8 mins or until crispy
Step 3
Marinade prawns in teriyaki sauce and cook in a pan for 2 mins on each side till cooked through
Step 4
Smash the avocado with a squeeze of lime
Step 5
Top the crispy rice waffle with the smashed avocado, prawns, cucumber, spring onions, sesame seeds and lime.
