Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare the mango and habanero sauce by blending the sauce ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.

2. Marinate the prawns in the sauce for 20 minutes.

3. Fry the prawns in the oil, along with the sauce for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, turning frequently.

4. Assemble the sushi bowl by placing the rice at the bottom of a medium bowl, top with the prawns, salad, avocado chunks and fresh mango pieces.

5. Drizzle on the mayo, serve and enjoy!
