2bell peppers
2cloves garlic

1 tspdried oregano
2 tsppaprika
1 tspchilli powder
1 x 15 ozcan tomato sauce
1 x 15 ozcan diced tomatoes
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef in skillet and set sauce to cool.
Step 2
Dice onions and bell peppers and and them to the bag.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and drained diced tomatoes.
Step 3
Add garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, and chilli powder to bag
Step 4
Add cooled meat to bag and freeze
Day of cooking
Step 5
Add 5 cups of beef broth and one cup of rice. Then add bagged ingredients. (Can cook from frozen) pressure cook for 5 min with 10 min pressure release.
