Step 1
1) Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. For risetti it is 9 min. 2) While pasta is cooking add olive oil to the pan and cook tomatoes ( I leave them whole) with chopped garlic for about 3 min on the heat setting 6 until tomatoes are slightly soft. Make sure garlic doesn’t burn. 3) Add cooked pasta and pieces of fresh mozzarella to the frying pan and let the mixture cook for another minute mixing all ingredients well together. 4) serve with some grilled pine nuts if you have them!
