Instructions

Step 1
Heat up a pan with some oil and add your chopped onions. Cook them until they’ve become soft and translucent.
Step 2
Add the mutton and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the ginger and garlic paste and mix it with the meat. Let it cook well.
Step 4
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Step 5
Add the yoghurt and mix it well. Afterwards add some tomatoes and let them cook until they’ve become soft.
Step 6
Add 2 cups of water and put a lid on the pan. Let the mutton cook on low to medium heat for around 2 hours.
Step 7
Add some sliced ginger, coriander leaves and black pepper. Let the dish cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 8
Your dish is ready to serve!
