The old Food Network recipe I used back in college for my first self-made Saturday morning breakfast.

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Melt the butter.
Step 3
Whisk the wet ingredients together in a small bowl, adding the melted butter last.
Step 4
Prepare a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lower heat is generally better, but sometimes I am impatient. Do not go above 50% heat.
Step 5
Add batter 1/4 cup at a time, and let cook until bubbly on top.
Step 6
Flip and cook until golden on both sides.
