Instructions

Chicken Marinade

Step 1
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

Step 2
Marinade the chicken for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
After marination, place chicken on a hot bbq or griddle. Ensure that chicken cooks all the way through.

Tzatziki Sauce

Step 4
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Flatbreads

Step 5
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until thick.

self rising flourself rising flour

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Lightly flour a surface and divide the dough into 8.
Step 8
Roll out the dough and place on a hot, dry pan and cook for about a minute on each side.
