This toast is a go to snack! I eat it when I’m in a rush but still want a good, healthy snack!

Instructions
Step 1
First, take a slice of bread of your choice and put it in the toaster, if your sweet potato is not cooked, make sure to cook it so it is soft.
Step 2
Next, pull your toast out half way through cooking and spread your goat cheese and cooked sweet potato on your toast.
Step 3
Then put your toast back in the toaster and cook to your liking
Step 4
Lastly, drizzle honey on top and slice in half. Enjoy!
