Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9” x 13” baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Place the broccoli and water in a large resealable plastic storage bag. Microwave on high, rotating occasionally, for a bout 3 to 5 minutes, or until bright green. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
Step 4
Line the baking dish with the reserved broccoli.
Step 5
Top with the chicken.
Step 6
Cover evenly with the soup mixture.
Step 7
Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 8
Cover and bake for about 25 minutes.
Step 9
Uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until golden and bubbling.
