After having Weight Loss Surgery and being on a high protein strict low carb diet I have found and learned how to make some pretty good Meals using the Unjury Whey Protein Powders. This recipe is my version of the Unjury Chicken Soup that can be found in the Unjury "TASTE SUCCESS Protein Recipe Book". I hope you enjoy. **** Please Remember that Whey Protein Powders do not mix well in temperatures above 140 degrees. So I like to make sure my waters are a maximum of 130 before adding Whey protein powders ****. You can use other brands of Chicken flavored Whey Protein Powder, just make sure you follow their instruction on how much water and How much powder to use.

Ingredients

1 scoopChicken Soup Whey Protein
8 ounceswater
2 ozchicken breast skinless
grilled, boneless and shredded
1Baby Carrot
grated
1 ozyellow onion
diced
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Grill chicken breast, season however you choose. you can either cook a whole chicken breast and then cut off 2 oz and shred or you can cut of 2 oz and then cook it and shred.(You can substitute the grilled chicken with shredded Rotisserie chicken however the fat content will be slightly higher).
Step 2
place water in a pan and grate your baby carrot into the water. Add diced onion, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Let Water Temperature Reduce to below 140 degrees (water cannot exceed 140 or protein powder will not mix properly)

Add 1 Scoop Of Unjury Chicken Whey Protein
Step 5
Add pepper to taste
