I love chickpeas for many reasons and one of them is this sandwich! It keeps you full for hours, it’s full of flavor and perfect for prepping. 😋

RECIPE (3 servings each 2,5€ and 10min prep time):
-1 red onion, chopped
-2 garlic cloves, chopped
-1 can (220g) chickpeas
Slightly mash it.
-1/4 cup (60g) tahini
-1 Tbsp sriracha
-1 Tsp curry, cumin and paprika
-salt to taste
-1/2 lemon
-1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
Mix everything to combine and optionally add some parsley or cilantro.
-6 slices of bread
-3 Tomaten, sliced
Build the sandwiches and enjoy.

Leicht zerdrücken
-60g Tahini
-1 El Sriracha
-1 Tl Kumin, Curry und Paprikapulver
-Salz nach Geschmack
-1/2 Zitrone
-1 El Agavendicksaft
Alles vermischen und optional Petersilie oder Koriander hinzufügen
-6 Scheiben Brot
-3 Tomaten, in Scheiben geschnitten
Die Sandwiches bauen und genießen.
