Instructions

Step 1
You can subsitute milk or even water instead of buttermilk, and use chocolate chips or nothing at all instead of blueberries.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, add the oil and buttermilk and whisk well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk well together, making sure to break up any clumps.
Step 5
Add the blueberries.
Step 6
If you like your batter thinner or thinner, add a little milk or water until you achieve the right consistency
Step 7
Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before cooking.
Step 8
You can use the same recipe for waffles, though I suggest omitting the blueberries or chocolate chips.
