Step 1
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl with cows milk
Step 2
scramble the eggs a bit in the pan with the fire on but leave it when it starts to cook and then when it’s still a liquid swirl the eggs around the whole pan
Step 3
When it’s cooking add the diced tomato on one side then sprinkle the mozzarella on top
Step 4
When it almost finished cooking but a liquidish solid in the inside flip the side that doesn’t have the tomato or mozzarella cheese then let it cook fully
