360gcanned tomatoes

½ cupunsweetened tomato paste

120mlapple cider vinegar

¼ cupgranulated erythritol

2 teaspoonspaprika

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your slow cooker to low. In a pan greased with ghee, cook the onion over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, until browned and fragrant. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 2
Place the browned onion and garlic in the preheated slow cooker. Add all the remaining ingredients, apart from the olive oil, and cook for 6 hours. When done, turn off the heat and let it cool for an hour. Add the olive oil. Using a b)- ter, process the sauce until smooth. Transfer to glass jar and keep in the fridge for up to a month.
