Step 1
Fry onions until light golden. Add chicken, garlic, Ginger, and Curry leaves.

Fly until the chicken starts to turn gold in about 10 minutes

At the Biryani mix, cucumber, green chilies, tamarind pulp, and two cups of water. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Separately heat 3 l of boiling water 3 tablespoons of salt, and the soaked rice. Cook until 3/4 cooked, about 7 minutes
Step 5
Spread half of rice into a Desi vessel and top with meat and then remaining rice. Bake at 350F 5 to 10 more minutes until the rice finishes steaming.
