Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken into 1 inch bites
Step 2
Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and ice water
Step 3
Fry chicken in oil until golden brown
Step 4
For sauce, add butter, honey, soy sauce, and sugar.
Step 5
Heat to boiling, and boil for 1 min.
Step 6
Add sauce to chicken and coat well
