Instructions

Step 1
Yellow plantain cake: sautéed slices of the very ripe plantain, in a morder smash one small garlic clove, add the sautéed plantain smashed adding 1 spoon olive oil. Put all the smashed plantain into two remakins, press down to give the shape. Keep warm.
Step 2
With 1 oz of olive oil cook the garlic sliced, slow heat until get a braun color. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook the shrimps adding more olive oil, controlling the cooking add salt and lemon juice. Set aside.
Step 4
Sauce: in the same frying pan deglaze and reduce adding part if the lemon juice, white wine and a some olive oil, boil and reduce, 20 seconds before add the dry peppers. Mix well and add the cooked garlic and shrimps. Plate the yellow plantain and the rest. Chop the fresh cilantro and place at the top. Enjoy!
