Instructions
Step 1
Mix together ingredients. 19 oz is about 2 cups when drained. 2 1/2 cups dried lentils made about 6 3/4 cooked
Step 2
Whisk together dressing
Step 3
Combine dressing with lentil mixture. Make at least a few hours ahead of time and stir now and then
