Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180?C.
Step 2
To prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a paste.

Place the whole piece of trout on a lined baking tray and pour the sauce over to fully coat it.
Step 4
Sprinkle the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and drizzle with rapeseed oil, and then place beside the trout.
Step 5
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. 6 Meanwhile, steam the potatoes for 10-15 minutes (depending on size) until tender.
Step 6
7 Remove the trout from the oven and serve with the potatoes.
