Instructions
Step 1
Rub the cavities of fish with oil, then stuff with ginger and chives.
Step 2
Set fish in a steamer over boiling water and steam until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Step 3
(Fish smaller than 8 oz will take less time.)
Step 4
To serve hot, remove ginger and chives, then fillet.
Step 5
To serve chilled, refrigerate before removing ginger and chives.
