Creamy pasta with broccoli & peas
Cook the pasta in salted water
Boil the veg (or roast the broccoli)
Whist the flour and oil in pan until boiling
Slowly add in the milk, whisking to combine and until smooth.
Add in the seasoning and Nutritional Yeast.
Add in the cooked pasta and veg.
Optional:
Top with vegan cheese (or more N.yeast) and bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted/golden - you’ve got a pasta bake!
