Instructions
Step 1
Slow Cooker: place chicken in bottom of cooker, add onions and peppers on top. Stir together remaining ingredients, except pasta. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low 8 hours or high 6 hours. Serve over cooked pasta.
Step 2
Pressure Cooker: place chicken in bottom of cooker, add onions and peppers on top. Stir together remaining ingredients, except pasta. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on high pressure 15 minutes. Quick release. Serve over cooked pasta.
Step 3
Serve with roasted Italian vegetables and garlic toast
