Instructions

Step 1
Salt and pepper the roast. Brown all sides. Brown onion. 3tbs of cider vinegar over the roast. Add 1 cup water with beef bouillon dissolved. Add bay leaves. When everything's blended is blended, add 12 ginger snaps. Stir till blended. Add potatoes. Cook approximately 3 hours on stove
