Step 1
Cut chicken into thin slices. put parchment paper on top and pound chicken
Step 2
Get 3 shallow dishes. To the 1st add the flour. To the 2nd add the eggs. To the 3rd add the almond flour and spices.
Step 3
Put a piece of chicken in the flour. Next dip it in the egg and shake of the excess. Lastly put the chicken in the almond flour mixture.
Step 4
Heat a large pan with oil and fry the chicken till it reaches 165°
