Step 1
Chop sausage into round bite size pieces, add to skillet. Cut the onion in half then slice add it to skillet. Chop potatoes into home fry bite size bits, add to skillet and mix together with seasoning. Put stick of butter on top and turn on burner to medium heat. Cover and let steam for 15 minutes. Uncover pan and stir mixture. Cover again for additional 10 minutes. Uncover and stir again. Leave uncovered until potatoes are cooked throughly.
