Instructions
Step 1
Cut sausages into pieces.
Step 2
Brown them for 5 minutes in a frying pan over high heat, in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Step 3
Set aside on a plate covered with paper towels.
Step 4
Peel and slice carrots.
Step 5
Trim and cut celery into chunks.
Step 6
Peel and cut onion and garlic into pieces.
Step 7
Place the onion and garlic in the companion bowl with the ultrablade chopper. Program 5 to 10 seconds in Turbo mode.
Step 8
Remove the Ultrablade chopper and replace with the mixer accessory. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Program at Speed 3 - 100°C - 5 min without cap.
Step 9
Add carrots, celery, tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper. Program on Slow Cook P2 - 95°C for 20 minutes without cap.
Step 10
Add sausages. Program in Slow Cook P2 - 95°C - for 20 minutes.
Step 11
While sausages are cooking, cook spaghetti in a large volume of boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Step 12
Arrange drained spaghetti on a serving dish or on plates. Add sausages and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
