Instructions

Step 1
Place coconut oil into small pot. Medium heat.
Step 2
Chop red onion. Dice ginger and garlic. Place into pot and sauce for up to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Ingredients have just started to caramelize. Add quinoa. Stir for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add water, bring to boil. Add salt.
Step 5
Set timer for 12-14 minutes.
Step 6
Taste for doneness. Remove from heat and let cool in bowl when done.
