Instructions
Step 1
Saute the onion and garlic in a pan on medium heat. Add the pre-cooked rice, sun-dried tomatoes and capsicums until warmed.
Step 2
Add in the slivered almonds and some dill. Mix well.
Step 3
Fill each collard green leaf with your mixture and serve with a sprinkling of dill.
