Instructions
Step 1
Blend the potatoes yeast and onion, on high. texture should be thick

Pour into large bowl. Add 2 Tbsp salt and 2 Tbsp olive oil (estimation). Add 2 Tbsp wheat germ (estimation). Add 2-3 cups flour. should be like a thick consistency

Should rise till can poke finger in and leaves a mark. Prefered in warm area but not in hot area- see pic in recipe chat (about an hour)

Bottom of oven 375 put foil pan cover....dont go over holes orelse fire...put on bottom but dont cover holes...because if oil drips then there is a fire...that pan catches grease

Oil cut up onions and bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a pan, then line the bottom with chopped onions. Knock out the air from the batter with a spoon and pour it into thr pan
Step 7
Cook on the bottom of the oven until the edges are brown and crispy; about 1 hour. Do NOT cover the holes on the bottom of the oven as it can cause a fire. Enjoy!
