Step 1
Cut and boil potatoes
Step 2
Chop spring onions and herbs. Cut cucumber into small fingers
Step 3
Halve and juice the lemon. Marindae the cucumber in a bowl with some lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix the cream, half the herbs, some lemon juice, salt and pepper into a dip.
Step 4
Mix some seasoning with the flour and the water into a dough. Add the spring onions and the gouda, mixing in with some salt and pepper. Separate into fritters and fry in a pan
Step 5
Drain potatoes and stir through with the rest of the herbs, butter, salt and pepper
Step 6
Plate everything up, and you're done!
