I played with several variations of Hispanic rice dishes and this is what I came up with. I find it to have the best flavor and it goes with most main dishes extremely well.

Step 1
Heat Oil in the Ninja Foodi pot on medium-high heat and add in onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes

Add in the rice and stir, sauteing for another 1-2 minutes.
Basmati Rice2 cups

Add in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and cumin. Continue sauteing for another 1-2 minutes

Step 4
Turn off the Ninja and add in the chicken stock and tomato sauce.

Step 5
Place the pressure cooking lid on and set the pressure cook feature to high for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Once the cook cycle completes the timer will begin counting up. Let it set until the timer reaches 10 minutes and then turn the pressure release valve to release the rest of the pressure. Serve with cilantro as garnish.
